 i was wondering how many levels there are and if there is a prestige system like there is in Cod

Yes

The top level is level 60, and there is somewhat of a prestige system. It's called Veteran. Once you get to level 60, you have a choice of either restarting with the same P.M.C. or choosing a different one. You go back down to level 1 again, but you have a permanent 10% XP increase for every game you play after vetting.
